Although it might be tempting to buy an ‘off the shelf’ set of policies this is not sufficient. Time and energy needs to be spent on reviewing, adaping and consulting on the contents of each policy so that it is relavant to you and your staff and even more important, your staff are more likely to implement and adopt policies they have had a hand in writing.
